My journey into acupuncture began from a genuine desire to help people manage their well-being through natural and supportive treatments. Achieving a first-class honours degree in Traditional Acupuncture from Lincoln College, I’ve spent years studying the profound ways in which acupuncture can help the body and mind. My work on acupuncture for insomnia related to anxiety and depression also earned me the award for Outstanding Dissertation, a subject that I still remain passionate about treating in clinic.

As a registered member of The British Acupuncture Council, the recognised governing body for acupuncture by the NHS, I’m committed to providing professional care to my clients. I’m also registered with the Professional Standards Authority, ensuring that I meet the highest standards of practice. In addition to my clinical work, I’m proud to teach on the acupuncture degree course at Lincoln College, where I share my knowledge and experience with the next generation of acupuncturists.

I believe in the importance of blending traditional practices with modern understanding, and this approach is at the heart of my treatment philosophy.  It’s important to me that my clients receive a well-rounded, integrative approach to their health and I truly believe in the value of holistic care working in conjunction with conventional medicine.

I work from two clinics in Lincoln and Nottingham, where I aim to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel comfortable and supported. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, want to manage your anxiety or simply seeking a deeper sense of balance in your life, I would be honoured to work with you in achieving to reach your health goals.
